These workouts are an incredibly small part of an ACTUAL development of power. These are speed-strength movements, which cap out at roughly 70% of max power output. Since they’re performed at high reps with no emphasis on intentionality, this is going to cap out power output even lower, say around 40-50%. Essentially, you either get really good at reaching 70% of your max power output, with poor or moderate increases in total power OR you only develop the ability to access 50% of your max power output but get some good endurance with it. If you want continued power development you need maximal strength, strength-speed and speed exercises in a smart program

As you do these workouts and increase weight; why would it be bad if your legs grow bigger opposed to just conditioning? More muscle equals more power so why don't I see lighter weight class boxers with bigger muscles if they have cardio conditioning already. Or any class really
