(This is not a rant just how I would answer the question. God bless you all!) He did at one point. He came down to Earth as a human would enter the world, and was crucified for his/God's plan. He died for OUR sins, using his chance at life for that. He will return a second time, for I cannot say when. It may be near or far, but while the Earth is still rotating God/Jesus will keep his promise. Believing in something doesn't mean seeing it, that is why faith exists. Having faith in the things you believe in, and the physical evidence given or shown. Like the bible. I understand it can be hard to adapt to not seeing something that sounds abnormal to morden day. But having faith, no matter what you believe in, is always reasonable. (This is not a rant just how I would answer the question. God bless you all!)

Peter explains it is God's patience with His people that Christ's Coming seems delayed to us. God has other people to bring to salvation that are not presently believers. He is not willing for any of them to perish, but all of them come to repent of their sin and trust in Christ.

He is going to come back right now we are in a generation called the end times and that mean something called the rapture will happen in not long and he gives us a choice our whole life where in earth if we want to follow god or not and he will come down and there will be trumpets when you see no trumpets and all hell will be on earth and take the faithful and leave the unfaithful on earth he doesn’t judge by sin he judges if we repent that sin which is sort of like praying it away and he judges by being faithful so you don’t have to worry about that but please don’t sin it is still very bad✝️
