Making spreadsheets for the most efficient skull collection is the very rare case where Tzeentch and Khorne would get along. At least until it was revealed the spreadsheets were actually intentionally inaccurate for a skull-laundering scheme, which Tzeentch would be very satisfied with for five seconds before Khorne shoves him in a locker or something.

I like to imagine that there is at least one bloodletter out there who is super passionate specifically about collecting skulls, and he actually has spreadsheets, and like, a list of where each skull came from.
That would be a nice story.
