Apps were phenomenal back in the 00’s & even in the early ‘10’s, but once apps like IG, Tinder & Bumble began, everything collapsed. Asking a girl out in person is no longer considered “normal” 😢

'Dating apps are dangerous'

Also her: 'I met my boyfriend on an app'

Apps were good in the early days but are a waste of time, effort and concentration now.
The problem for me at my age is that I go out a lot, have a good circle(s) of friends, engage in activities but eligible women are extremely scarce.

Good relationships always come from people you meet naturally irl and have a friendship or something first

Dating apps have never been good. People need to work within their networks and those around them. To see people face to face. Much more difficult for people to f@k3 real life than an app.

real ladies who are ready to interact and be honest as you, thats a the best reward. Being real even if hard, is better than being soft and not showing up or showing up and being disappointing.

Yeah, men just sit there playing and getting nothing, and women are constantly "winning" the "jackpot" but that "jackpot" is a pile of phalli with the occasional gold bar which is often suspended in a solution of aqua regia (i may have gone too far with that metaphor)

Honestly, about 20% of women I’m attracted to on the apps I actually match with, the other 80% are women I’d never date 😅 and eventually you start to take a hit to the confidence about how attractive you are (or aren’t)
… but when you go and approach those same women or even more attractive you start getting dates boy

I've been on at least 100+ online dates. I met my wife on one but it is a terrible place. The problem is that society is becoming more cowardly and won't have a conversation in person

Sad to say there are a lot of people on those apps who are not who they say they are. And that can get you in a lot of trouble.

Yes. Meet and greeting people always rules social media or dating apps.

It's not the app that is ruining the user but the users' behaviour and addiction to the dopamine hit when a message comes their way.

My now husband and I met on a dating app. It was Christian, called upward, and I immediately put in my bio that I exclusively dated for marriage. We started dating in December, and here we are

I don't think men have any emotional feelings on a dating app. It's just throwing hail marys' out there

I've come to realize through seeing others find their internal happiness that a lot of times ( if I had to wager a percentage I'd say 75-80% ) of the matchups I've seen work long-term are those that you've known for years and years yet never chose to give it a chance and then once you do give it a chance BAM it works . My issue is being an admitted sociopath I don't have those feelings so the best way I express love and care is pushing everyone away from my insane mind and insane behavior .

Men could bring down the dating app business if they focused on improving their own life and started asking women out in person. But, you have to make yourself as high value as possible.

Hey, BillyRae, I want to thank you so much for gaining, and then sharing with all of us, such timeless and relevant wisdom! I greatly appreciate your content. It's like somebody actually knows what they're talking about, the same truths I have discovered socially and psychologically. It's not as common as one may think to have sound content like this, in a culture with hundreds of varying and even warring opinions being thrown at everyone! I had to get off dating apps, for literally the reason she is talking about! Keep up the good work my friend, and God bless you:)

I met my wife on a dating app and my sister met her husband at the airport while she was on vacation. He used to work as baggage check.

Oh you pay with much more than dates. Men pay with their money time amd esteem and women pay with their soul and many times, their future. Apps affect each sex often in very different but both very negative ways
