1. Bitsum Highest Perfomance depends on the hardware 2. Disabling game bar or captures won't increase performance
EDIT : Stop saying it does increase performance, it only disbles the shortcut
EDIT 2 : You can't turn it off on Windows 11 and already it doesn't even use more than 0% in idle and 16mb of ram, those 16mb is not worth it

Gamebar was useful when I didn't have afterburner but the sound mixer is the most useful tging in it for me (I know there is the sound mixer in windows but the gamebar one is faster to open)

The bitsum mode will make the cpu extremely hot and potentially may lead to failure especially low and mid end gaming computers

If you really want the best performance you wanna go into the bios and change the ram profiles to the highest speed available. Then you wanna watch a video on optimization of your current hardware to get the best performance with over clocking and different setting etc. this video doesn’t really change much other than freeing up resources but if you have a pretty decent build these changes won’t produce any noticeable changes
