My homie just got out of prison for a stolen car that he drove around daily for 8 months. He only got caught because he was arguing with his girl in a parking lot and someone called the cops.
He initially dipped out of drug court probation after a few months bc he kept dropping dirty. They didn't pick him back up for like 6 or 7 years. We started seeing those us marshalls 88 crime fugitive warrant posts about him. All joking about turning him in and then giving him the reward money. Which we should have done, because one of his smackhead friends wound up tipping the Marshalls off to where he was staying. So they did a whole raid with snipers and shit just for him to cooperate fully and go peacefully lmao
They were talking about how they had to do that because he was willing to do anything to evade justice lmao but what it really was is he was just going to work every day and not getting into trouble. He just didn't give the cops any reason to approach him and run his information. And that obviously pissed off the fugitive task force.
