STRENGTH BUILDING🦾

Day 2 of my condensed conjugate upper body heavy effort training started with axle bar (fat grip) pendlay rows @215lbs working up to a heavy 5 reps. Then into row to high pull with @145lbs for 3 sets of 5 each.

Working into unilateral vertical press with half kneeling KB variation to improve pressing strength and maintaining stability. Finishing with giant set of pull ups, dips, and decline sit ups for 5 sets to failure.

This will lead into a third day of full body dynamic effort finishing off the condensed conjugate week of training
