The “Good morning sweetheart, I hope you’re having a great day” lady can have the whole company with that attitude❤I worked for DTV until I had a mini-stroke back in 2015 so I know first hand about all those different types of calls. I’d waive fees, issue credits, send out unnecessary service calls, and give a client free programming if they were nice. Then when my supervisor would have a coaching with me, I would pretend like I had no idea why my stats were jacked up🤣🤣🤣I’m here to make my caller happy so I could be hap
