I tried the once popular recipe with @bryfoods dates and almonds 😋
It was a very strong and delicious combination.
10-12 Medina dates
1 tea glass of raw almonds
2 tablespoons of unsweetened peanut butter
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
80 grams of dark chocolate
1 teaspoon of coconut
Remove the seeds of the dates and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper as shown in the image.
Melt peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in the pan and let sit for 10 minutes. Add it on the dates. Break the almonds into large pieces and add them. Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler, add it to the date bar and finally sprinkle the coconut. Leave it in the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes and serve.
