We just started messing around with making our own pickles I'm very excited about it but I wanted to talk about kombucha because every time I see kombucha in the store it's so high in sugar.....

I mean we're talking like 18 g of sugar per serving and with 1 1/2 or 2 servings that's a lot of sugar if you ask me the special for someone who's either at 0.00 is in taking very little sugars

I use to trust bubbies pickles but have now stopped all vegetables. I drank about 3 kombuchas over a period of 10 years. I choose not to drink them. Just stick to structured water.

If anybody has any experience making your own pickles I would love some advice because I read that you have to use pickling salt and I wanted to use Celtic salt.

I then read after the fact of having already made mine I read that kosher pickles use kosher salt so then I was like duh apparently you can use whatever salt you want. Can you though?
