I have this problem, I lay on my bed thinking a lot and then I can indeed feel a lot of sadness/pain in my solar plexus chakra and somewhere in and around my stomach area, and I don't know how to solve this pain because I don't know what my soul is trying to tell me, plz someone help me.

Wasn't karma supposed to be like a lesson for whoever wants to learn, and is actually a punishment for people that just resist in their own obscurity of ignorance? I consider karma more like the universe just gives back to you what you gave to it, weather you like it or not, the problem is that most people ignore its complexity within the infinite equation of creation, not that karma is like moral system, I feel that the universe is impartial... it just gives what you give.
