As a rock guitarist and engineer nearing 40, it is my firm belief that if this person stays away from drugs and continues to play, they will eventually be hailed as one of the most original and talented rock guitarists of all time.
Music isn't just about technical proficiency, i.e. speed and theory, it's about rhythm, melody and phrasing. This dude is bonkers. He is a true rarity in the history of not just electric guitar, but music, period. Looking forward to where he leads rock music, who his band(s)/projects influence, and how his style will change and no doubt simplify. It will, and you can already see it happening.
