✨OREO CHEEZECAKE COOKIES✨
so i didn’t manage to make a cake or anything elaborate to celebrate hitting 50k BUT i am FINALLY sharing one of my all time fav recipes to try and make up for it 🫶🏻 and more importantly THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE!! i appreciate and each and every one of you more than you know 🥹

COOKIES:
60g biscoff spread
60g dairy-free yoghurt
50g maple syrup
50g coconut sugar
55g @macr0mike vanilla buttercream protein (‘amb-mon’ for 10% off 🤍)
75g GF plain flour
1/2tsp bicarb soda
50g oreos, crushed

CHEEZECAKE FILLING:
150g dairy-free yoghurt
60g @macr0mike vanilla buttercream protein

TOPPINGS:
crushed oreos

DIRECTIONS
1. preheat oven to 170°C degrees and line a tray with baking paper.

2. to make the cookie dough, add the biscoff, yoghurt, syrup and sugar to a medium bowl and whisk until combined.

3. add the protein, flour, bicarb soda and crushed oreos and fold into a thick dough.

4. divide the dough into 6-8 balls, place them onto the tray and flatten out into desired thickness.

5. place in the oven to bake for 10-12mins, remove and use the back of a spoon to make a small indent. leave to cool.

6. to make the filling add the yoghurt and protein powder to a small bowl and whisk until smooth.

7. add the filling to a piping bag with a small nozzle. pipe the filling into the indent in each cookie.

8. top with a sprinkle of crushed oreos and e
