I did 7kts in a 10kts breeze in this video.
It was a very efficient rig with sails that clearly overpowered the hull.
It has now been retired as the centerboard cracked and then floated away.
I will eventually fix it up with fiberglass to fix the sagging areas, and add a stronger plastic centerboard and rudder!
