A good advice for this is even when u are on ur period schedule that prayer timeout go sit where you normally pray or somewhere quite and recite Adhkar so that you aren’t substituting ur time for Allah 😊

It just amazes me how new revert muslims give some insight about Islam in a way , we the born Muslims never thought about in our multiple decades of being Muslim. Your meaning of Allah o Akbar had really hit me in the heart. Allah bless you so much my dear sister.
