Being called fat isn’t exactly an offensive insult, it’s an observation/description word. If the word fat is insulting, then the word skinny should just be as insulting as well but not many people complain being called that compared to being called fat. Make it make sense 😂

NTA, She’s just mad she doesn’t have a reason for being single. She thinks it’s men being shallow and and not loving women who aren’t super models that’s the reason she isn’t being asked out by men. She’s the problem especially if she thinks women should not be proud of themselves.
So long as she doesn’t have health issues there’s no reason your wife should be ashamed of how she looks.

I would say yes. Being big n beautiful n loving ur body is WONDERFUL. I was always told i was too skinny n it hurt my feelings very much...i got to where it actually started making me cry. Not everyone is the same with their feelings n i just think that fat is a derogatory word. Who knows maybe the woman does a frugally mind maybe she hung up the phone n cried who knows... it's kinda like when people make fun of themselves before other people can kinda thing. Idk i guess I'm just saying there's other ways of telling someone they're beautiful.
