🌶️ Ardei gras colorat - 100g
🥒 Zuchinni/ dovlecel - 100g

🥚 Ouă melanj - 400g
🥛 Smântână lichidă - 150g

🧂 Sare/ piper granulat
Mod de preparare:
Se călește ceapa tăiată peștișori în ulei
Se adaugă ardeiul, ciupercile, apoi dovlecelul
Se adaugă cartoful
Se asezonează, se adaugă pătrunjelul
Se amestecă oul cu smântâna lichidă și mozzarella rasă
Se pune foaia de tortilla pe fundul tăvii, apoi se pune compoziția
Se introduce la cuptor la 170 grade 30-35 minute.
