IIRC the later prototype of the MBT-70 has a camera on the Hull to make the Tank easier to drive

they placed the driver in the turret for improved nbc protection, but it would heavily disorient the driver. also the kpz-70 is one of the best mbts in the game imo

the ELC bis has the same thing going on (mainly because there is just no place in the hull), and because the drivers got so disoriented when driving they had to limit the turret traverse, that's why it only rotates 20° to each side

so the driver is in a special bubble that will always keep him facing same direction as the haul of the tank.
