1 scoop of vegan protein (must be vegan and contain pea protein I use straight pea protein from @sproutliving ) -1 Tbs @pb2foods cashew powder (or whatever flavor you want. This helps get the cookie dough flavor, but you could leave out or use 1 tbs. of nut butter, you might just need to decrease the amount of yogurt) -2-4 Tbs. Greek or Vegan yogurt of choice (start with 2 tbs and add if needed for the right consistency) -1 tbs. of maple syrup (you can leave out if your protein is already sweetened/flavored) -24 pretzels (I use @quinnsnacks since they are gluten free) -3/4 cup chocolate chips (I use @enjoylifefoods) Mix your protein, pb2 powder, yogurt, and maple syrup together in a bowl. You want a thick, cookie dough like texture. If you want, you can also mix in some mini chocolate chips. Sandwich some of the protein cookie dough between 2 pretzels. Melt your chocolate chips then dip the pretzel sandwiches in the chocolate. Place on a parchment lined plate and into the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
