Im 41 and over the past few years i exercised here and there. Now at almost 42 got a kettle bell and my old equipment out and a few new thngs and have been pushing myself. I want to be in the best shape ive ever been. I want to inspire people around me, im not where i wanna be, but im not where i used to be. Im grateful for that.

I'm sure there are simple and cost-free ways to tackle the obesity epidemic but let's not forget the fact that a lot of working poor people rather go to the fast food chain next door and buy cheap ultra processed foods than driving 5 miles to get more expensive whole foods. Obesity is also a systemic problem rather than just an individual one.

I have been living in the USA for almost 14 years. I have gone to different countries but I haven't seen any obese people like the USA. Most people in the USA don't care about themselves. You got to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy life . Processed food, sugar and etc. Is killing people

I am 55, and weigh 262 lbs. but six months ago I weighed 335. I am down over 70 lbs. through diet and walking alone. I found your channel while looking for ideas about how to begin strength training. I have followed and look forward to learning a few things from your videos. Thanks for posting the three tips for men over etc.
