Sopa de zanahoria y tomate 🍅 🥕
Sopa para 7 porciones:
✔️5 zanahorias peladas y cortadas
✔️1 cebolla pelada y cortada al medio
✔️1 cabeza de ajo , córtale la punta
✔️5 tomates peritas cortados. a la mitad
✔️2 cdas de aceite de oliva
✔️Sal
✔️100 ml de crema de leche o queso crema
✔️Ciboulette o cebollín picado
✔️1 litro de caldo de verduras caliente
Proceso:
1. Precalentar horno a 180° C
2. En una placa colocar los tomates, las zanahorias, la cebolla, el ajo, salar y bañar con aceite de oliva o el que te guste.
3. Hornear hasta que la zanahoria esté tierna y bien dorada.
4. Procesar con el caldo y agregar la crema o queso crema calentar un poquito. Servir bien caliente.
5. Perfumar con ciboulette picado.
Ingredientes para el caldo:
1 cebolla picada
1 rama de puerro picado
1 rama de apio picada
1 zanahoria picada
10 hojas de perejil picado
3 litros de agua
Cocinar por 1 hora desde agua fría.
Agregar sal a gusto
