Literally figured this out by just playing around, then again, it’s an infused oil, nothing really revolutionary about it so I don’t know who invented it but this is how I have always made mine 🥰
Peri-Peri Oil by @fehmz
3 cloves garlic
3-4 heaped tsp hot chilli flakes
250ml sunflower oil, gently heated
250-400ml room temp sunflower oil
Add the garlic and chilli to a jar or bottle, pour heated oil over. Top up with the room temperature oil. You can use up to 500ml of oil to this ratio.
Seal tightly and leave to infuse before using.
Infusion time: min 2 weeks up to 6 months
Oil of choice: @balancewithhelios
Store in a cool, dark place, wherever you store your other oils.
