Flexible Hold - Natural finish without stiffness. These are often brushable without leaving residue. They can be great for humidity resistance and adding an oomph to your hair that isn’t sticky.
Strong Hold - Locks your style in place and is excellent for event styling and sculpting. It’s not my first choice for day to day styles unless I want a sculpted look (sometimes I will spray some on my fringe only) and I want it to last for several hours.
Texture spray - Adds grittiness, texture and a touch of messiness. This is a great spray to use on waves when you want them to look beachier and more textured.
Warning ‼️ this type of spray typically doesn’t “sleep” well. If you use it on day one, you will likely want to wash your hair on day two.
Volume Spray - These are great for fine hair types because they add lift, body and bounce without any weight.

I think the Point of the Advice is TYPES and Function of Hair Sprays, not particular Brand names. Any good Texturizing spray will work if you like that look, as will any good Volumizing spray for Fine hair - just depends on your hair type and the look you’re going for. Try ELNET it does Everything flexibly, or Paul Mitchell will freeze a Bird in FLIGHT! 😂
