That looked sloppy, I like to cook my tortillas a bit first , I love crispy textures to foods since everyone else has no preferences , as a chef of 13 years I do. Iv met Mexican cooks that eat moldy tortillas and Mexican cooks at Mediterranean joints, Iv worked 5 star seafood joints , dive bars, worked as prep / line cook many times, went to culinary school and worked with executive chefs , leading banquets with the black hat on in charge of the decor and all the white hats
