Look man in the flavor race, Louisiana style hot sauces have the advantage because of the cayenne peppers. I mix Texas Pete with some hotter sauces just for that flavor.

Watching your vids has made me order oysters delivered to my door in the UK.
Sadly, I can only buy UK grown Pacific Oysters until native ones are available from late August/ early September. Like you, I really don't like Pacific ones as much. That melon/cucumber flavour just doesn't do it for me. But, at £1 each, I bought some anyway, just to get back into eating raw oysters again.
