You have a legal obligation to disclose ads as ads. It doesn't matter if you think it's obvious - you can put in your description that it's an ad or else put in the video that this is sponsored or even put a visual on the screen. But you have to make clear that it's an ad. This isn't the first time you've done this and it's really disappointing to see.
