OMG I remember seeing this a while back and I was shook lol! I never knew there was a whistle on my backpack…and it turns out that’s bc there’s WASN’T one hahaha!! My dad, however has a backpack that does in fact have the whistle on it and it works like a charm!! So, yes not all packs have them but the ones that do work fantastic! ❤
