Another awesome 👍and informative video. I totally agree that what we eat....or don't eat, has way more to do with our hair than many people realize. The only thing I am a bit confused about was seeing the watermelon 🍉 in the same category as obvious junk food like donuts and cake. Watermelon has a lot of vitamin C, lycopene and nitric acid to help with blood flow in the body, including the capillaries that nourish the hair follicles. Wouldn't that be healthy for the hair, especially if it was paired with protein and omega 3 fats. Can you please elaborate on this? Everything else in the video made perfect sense! Thank you so muc

Sir if u could just give me an assumption bcz I feel like I m having hairloss anxiety where normal shedding feels like I m gonna go bald and I think it's bcz my father had hairloss too but I can't figure out properly as my father started losing hair at 38 years old after he moved to a new place and he also got thyroid along with it and today he is 50 and seems to have norwood 3 but with no Hairline recession but instead the hairline seems patchy and the crown also have thick hair but patchy hair , also he have nape hair and eyebrows loss and for my mother's side she really had long hair till her 30s but idk about her hair after that due to some personal issues

Saturated fats are not the problem. Carbs, sugars, seed oils and highly processed junk foods are the issues. Our ancestors, millions of years ago, focused on mainly meats, eggs, seafood, only seasonal berries & maybe occasionally honey. That is our ancestral diet.
