煮法：
1. 把3公升的水煮滚，加入小沙谷
2. 转慢火，搅拌煮至水翻滚
3. 免盖煮10分钟
4. 熄火，盖上，余温焗10分钟
5. 起盖，小沙谷沥水出锅，进凉水防沾
6. 小沙谷沥水，加入甜品里，就可以享用了
Ingredients:
100 g small sago
3 liter water
Steps:
1. Bring the water to boil, add small sago
2. Switch to low heat, stir well
3. Cook without lid for 10 minutes
4. Turn off the gas, cover with lid & leave it for 10 minutes
5. Lift the lid, retrieve & transfer the small sago and to water
6. Drain the sago, you can apply the sago to your favorite dessert, enjoy!
