I like your videos but headlines like this catch my eye because you don’t show in a practical sense what you mean. Checking the pattern is completely different than setting up the pattern. ‘Getting’ it right takes some process and observation and adjustment. As an ex-Devilbiss trainer I know what it takes to achieve but you’re not really showing it here at all. There are some key things you’re checking when you set up the gun; pattern shape, pattern size, droplet distribution etc and if any are off or not where you want them to be you need to adjust either air or fluid to adjust it and get it spot on. Show us that setup process so newbies can learn from you. If I had a booth to hand every day I would surely make a heap of training vids for all the newbs and oldies out there to learn from. Maybe someday! Keep up the good work and don’t forget to show us some of your other daily tasks like cleaning and rebuilding the guns you use, info on disposable cups you use, needles and air caps, technique and risks, all manner of stuff to showcase here! Also your prep work show some of that. A lot of folks see your vids and wanna go spray but they don’t realise that most sprayers work long hours, do many different arduous tasks and are constantly challenged by time restraints, others work standards and mess ups… in order just to do your daily tasks. It’s not for everyone but it’s an art and a challenge every single day.
