Feeding them a piece of salmon can cause that effect. On a tropical boa anyway. Chicken was a clear sheen, but salmon gave the iridescent color. Diet is a bit to do with it.

And how can we humans find a way to cause iridophores to be in our skin so we can be shiny like that? I need science to work on that lol
