It’s crazy what Americans think is healthy. My dad thinks a sausage muffin with cheese and egg is a healthy breakfast, only for the sole reason that it was cooked with a fresh egg… 🙄

It's just that they have very low expectations since most never had actual good food unless they're immigrants from a good food country or from a part of the USA that have actual food cultures with actual regional dishes, it's often funny but also disappointing to try food and restaurants that are considered "the good stuff" by American... Like Chick-fil-A, five guys, shake shack, cook out and stuff are hyped as the best fast food by american and it is by american standards but it's very mid for most foreigners, American actually have very good grocery food, lot if diversity in large grocery stores chains, y'all also have place like sprout, whole food market, etc and there's way more diversity in the product offered in American Wal-Mart and Costco than in Canadian ones in my experience
