Iv had this for years comes and goes but mostly it’s there all the time nothing seem to release/relieve it so frustrating as doctors just say I’m fine 🤦♂️🤦♂️ . They hurt and always get jaw pain but I’ll try these exercises everyday and see if it helps any

I wish this helped! But I've still got the same snap, crackle and pop in my ears that's been there on and off for my whole life along with many other ENT symptoms that magically disappear when i see my GP or a consultant!

I've had a blockage in my right ear since I was a child. In my late 20's and it still has not gone away. Has that blocked ear feeling when you get off a plane, but never clears.

Long Haul Covid has left me with horrible ear and head pressure. Mostly ear. Off balance is horrible. I hope these will help me. ears are crackly and maddening pressure..Thanks for your video

I have allergic rhinitis. In allergic crisis my eustachian tubes itching. I feel like my ears are itching but not. Eustachian tube entrance and palate are itching. Endoscopic tube balloon dilatation apparatus can be used scratching eustachian tubes. 😅

my tmj causes more hear and full ear and hearing sensitivity. I went to ent the best in my state to check my hearing it's all good but I cant my jaw muscles to relax. can you help me docotor Adam's any exercises I can do to help? tmj joint pressing against the ear. I'm begging you. 🙏

I’m not sure if having braces on my teeth caused my buzzing on my ear. Since my teeth moved did that also make my jaw move to create a problem onto my jaw and whatever else connects to my ear? I also have clear ear drainage with a not so good smell and pain on my left ear also goes towards my left side of head. Doc said he seen scarring in my ear &white when he looked inside.
