He has 2 blockages 100% or 99% he suddenly unconscious when out for work we get him to hospital but even doctor doesn't know what's the matter. We treated him for about 3-5 months then and One night he has a case of chest burning or acidity so much that night we give some medicine and on next day we take him to hospital and talk about chest burning or acidity The doctor refer us to meet Cardiologist So we meet doctor said we have to do Angioplasty As soon as possible he have 2 blockages 100%or 99% or he has 2 heart attack before doctor said so we decided to come next day for Angioplasty and now after that he is 100% Fine going for work everything is normal now

But Don't go to any doctor, it's An Army man suggestion. Do exercise daily. First walk atleast 2 km, then increase upto 5 km. When walk complete 5km then Run 1km daily.
Increase running upto 5km.
