CORE POSTPARTUM/C-SECTION

Here are a few more exercises I using to strengthen my core after my C-Section. This workout is great for anyone, weather you’ve given birth or not. Give it a try & let me know what you think ☺️

WORKOUT DETAILS ✨
You can either perform these exercises in a circuit or complete all reps & sets of one exercise before moving to the next

1️⃣Core Bracing 30 seconds for 3-5 rounds
2️⃣Single Leg Bridge 12 reps on each side for 3 rounds
3️⃣Hip Openers 10-20 reps for 3 rounds
4️⃣Leg Presses (press into your palms for 2-5 seconds)10-15 reps
5️⃣Back Extensions 10-12 reps for 3 rounds
