Panic attacks always hit me out of the blue! I was 11 years old when this nightmare started Iโm now 62! My late mom said I inherited it via my late dad (died when I was 4 he was 39). She said he fought it for his 38 years and the year before he passed due to Cancer he was panic free). I realize we inherited the DNA ๐งฌ however out of 6 children I was the only one who was born with it. I was crushed if my dad had lived until I was 12 he could have taken me step by step to a complete recovery. I was the only child to have this, odd. Thanks for letting me rant โค๏ธ
