Something between .22 short... and .950 JDJ, for certain.
More than likely also contains a solid projectile, and some method of igniting the powder via being hit in a specific area on the casing, I'd wager.

This was for your 7MM-08. It shoots very small groups, however it’s pretty slow, you may want to work up to a higher load and you may just find another sweet spot.

I wasn’t smart enough to get into reloading for the first 20 years I was shooting. Then at 10 bucks a box, I still have a box of 30/06 from Kmart that is pricey 9.99 for 20. But now years later and ammo cost are sky high I’m wishing I’d gotten myself setup to reload. That said I’m sure that you are reloading for that deer catching bing bang you like to use. Just not sure what deer catcher this bit of push power goes with. Thanks as always WTW for the fun and educational videos for years now. 🔫🎥

Time 1:06 into your podcast & I say a 6.5 grendal with the berger bullets or a 30 cal 30/30 with the 185 grain bullets.
On second thought, yeah, the 260 rem you just picked up starting loads with 35 grains of H4350 or RL-17.
