1. In a bowl, add 400g cleaned prawns, 3/4tsp turmeric powder, 2tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 1.5tsp pepper powder, salt to taste, 1tbsp crushed ginger, 2tbsp crushed garlic and 1.5tsp lemon juice. Mix them well and marinate for 15 mins.

2. In a frying pan, heat 4tbsp coconut oil and add the marinated prawns. Fry for 8-10 mins on medium flame.

3. Finally, add curry leaves and combine well. Ready to serve!
