I like hitting punchs. Any tipe of punchs
But i wonder if boxing is the best martial art to learn, i don't want to compete but to defend myself, and btw am very agressive and i don't know if boxing is my thing, don't get me wrong i played it for 1-2 years and i am now very good head mvt, punch combos, leg mvt, still i feel that i don't use my body enough, no kicks no knees no elbows no spinning punchs no grabling (idk the name it's when you catch someone and try to make him not able to move) . To sum, it's not a skill issue problem, but i just want to use more of my body, what you guys think?
