Snowman Cheeseball🧀☃️

The most adorable snack-man!🌟 It’s the best cheesy appetizer for the holidays and will look spectacular on your party tables🎄

You’ll need

2 packs Boursin cheese
Grated parmesan cheese
Black peppercorns for eyes and buttons
Carrot for nose
Rosemary sprigs
Crackers for serving

In a bowl, place one and a half packs of Boursin (the other remaining half will be used to form the smaller ball of the snowman). Place on a cellophane sheet and form into a ball shape, repeat the same step with the remaining half Boursin cheese. Place both balls in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then, place grated parmesan on a plate and roll the cheese balls to coat on all sides. Place the bigger ball on a plate and secure the smaller ball on top with a toothpick. Place the peppercorns on the cheeseballs to form buttons, eyes and mouth. Cut a tiny triangular piece of carrot for the nose. Finally, stick the rosemary sprigs on the sides for the arms and serve with crackers. Enjoy!✨
