How NOT to do a Croll rescue on 25 meters of rope 😉. This is an example of what can happen if we forget to train for real life. Those short ropes in a lot of training centers can give us a false sense of capability and with that a false sense of security. The regular Croll rescue, as taught in many training centers around the world, only really works on short ropes. Like always, there are multiple ways to prevent this. In next Mondays video I will show you the most basic way to prevent this and maybe I will show how I got out of this upside down situation 😉. I also have a version where my foot slips out of the foot loop. That was a fun experience 😂😂
