If I'm having a bad day all I have to do is watch this! Makes me realize it wasn't that bad of a day after all!!

I once worked in a really big warehouse store known for assemble-it-yourself furniture with odd names. The forklifts were the extra-tall kind (due to the warehouse shelves being the extra-tall kind). One of the operators picked a tall box off a top shelf and then drove down the aisle without lowering it. He didn't tip over, but he did manage to shear off several sprinkler heads from the fire suppression system. He wasn't one of our employees after that....

And people complained when I spent 3 1/2 hours on classroom training to avoid these situations. ;)

Love these, how many times do we witness overloaded trucks and cranes in these video's.

I've taken lint out of the clothes dryer that was smarter than many people.

Quote the Operator:
"I am Forklift Certified"

The forklift operator towing the boat just hit two birds with one stone.

I've unloaded board lumber with a fork lift. You've got to know the load.

Increíble que los conductores de estos elementos no sepan calcular los pesos máximos de trabajo y como cargarlos.

Saw one of these jokers driving a semi with an extra long trailer today. Exiting the freeway and stopped at the light. He wants to go right and there’s a guy in the left lane going left. I can virtually read this guy’s mind. I’m going left also so I pull as far to the left as possible. He’s straddling the line. Then he decides he’ll turn right on red, legal in Minnesota but not smart. He should wait for the two! cars on his left to clear but no, he pulls around the corner. The back of his trailer smashes everything on the right side of the car in front of me. Right rear lights destroyed and crumples the right side of the car. Makes his right and keeps going the crumpled car in hot pursuit. Love to know how that turned out but I had a trunkful of food melting. Called the local cops but because it happened on a ramp they transferred me to the Staties where I got the usual disinterested public servant and left my info.

Love how the guy sees the other guy fall over the forks yet still gets in the car.

Love the clanky dry whirring of ancient rusty equipment rattling and squeaking in the background to underscore the quality of these individuals' thought processes....

When I used to train forklift operators, I told them to never forget this: “Know what your load is going to do before you pick it up.”

Generally speaking, these are not bad forklift operators. What you’re seeing is the result of bad training, and the complete absence of leadership.
