Brilliant idea. I just hope it doesn’t hold sun heat or dissipate heat in the cooler temperatures.
My bees (3 hives) mysteriously all died overnight and the neighbours got a new patio and pool within six months. Very strange coincidence.
Flow Hive $1300, Paradise Hive $300, Standard Langstroth Hive $100, frames and mixed fountains (plastic and wax), Hive Doctor base x2 $100, plus bees. Roughly $2500-$3500 down the drain.
I spent $ on other stuff to like spinner, bee suits, uncapping tools. Spare boxes and hive components. There’s more but it’ll end up a 2000 word article. 😒

Love this.. All though I wouldn't paint the inside and locate under tree in shade.

Plastic... condensation is a health problem for bees, it increases the proliferation of fungi and bacteria that affect the hive. The design is fantastic, but perhaps I would modify it so that the interior is covered with a sheet of wood.

I know nothing about bee keeping. This is interesting, following these builds.
Hooch, can you do additional videos on how to be a bee keeper as you get this all together

What are the 3D Printing materials made of, are they food grade? Thinking of investing so gathering information on them, thank you
