So she called DD and said he didnβt bring her the food?? DD knows good and damn well these customers do that shit all the time. They are never for their drivers. Thatβs the one thing I hate working for them

Call the HR Director where they work and have them fired! I never leave without a picture too! That way it is also date and time stamped as proof!

I had a girl who lied saying that I delivered her food and her neighbor supposedly saw me steal it, I came to her apartment complex and it said to call her, when I called the number, it wasn't in service. I turned on the timer and I rang her bell, no answer nothing. Once the timer ran out I took a picture and left. She waited an hour to call me and threaten me, then she called DD, while on the phone with them, she was making threats to me as we were on 3 way calling. I know that DD heard everything, she said that her neighbor saw me take the food and leave in my gold minivan, I don't drive or own a gold minivan, I was driving a silver Hyundai Elantra. Thankfully her threats hung herself and DD sided with me, I've been doing DD for 5 years and that was the only complaint there was against me. However I feel bad for the Drivers that get fired because customers want to lie and mess with people's jobs and income.

I would call her corporate office in front of her and ask them to pull the cctv footage from the time of the delivery and get her fired on the spot just saying
