Agree (to a point) with the position of Apologetics being primarily against Atheism vs. everything else. Performing Presuppositional Apologetics in a reducto against all other worldviews is very ... very necessary.

I think this is even more true in the south, the Bible Belt. I mean I’d bet nearly everyone in our county jail would claim to be Christian.
I will say it is getting less common in the younger generations, Cultural Christianity is definitely on the way out. For better or worse.
I’m also in the camp that tends to believe the Bible defends itself. Point people to it, challenge them to actually read it then present the issues within it. It’s a whole different conversation and you end up searching scriptures with someone and only the living word can convince them anyway.
