SHEET PAN STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE INGREDIENTS
(16 servings)

For the Cake:
1 cup (150g) unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
6 eggs
¾ cup (160g) sugar
Optional 1 tsp vanilla

For the Strawberries:
6 cups (810g) quartered strawberries
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp (15ml) orange liqueur (optional)

For the Whipped Cream:
2½ cups (625ml) 35% cream
½ cup (105g) sugar

Optional:
A dusting of icing sugar to finish
Thai basil leaves or regular basil leaves for garnish
