That is pretty slick! I love the 16ga i have several shotguns chambered in 16ga.

That's not a poaching gun, it's an ultralight, something for a high class gentleman to pack when he doesn't want a lot of weight while fowling or traveling long distances. They're very rare today, and inspired the Hoenig rotary action, the most compact and lightweight double rifle/shotgun ever built.

I call them bicycle guns. I think that was the idea, to have a gun you could bring on a bike. Bikes used to be extremely popular in the early 20th century and slightly before that.

16ga with that design look really easy to carry,

safe to carry with one in the chamber and to shot quick.
