Whether you take a break or ditch it for good, it’ll be the best thing you ever do for yourself.
2. Move your body
Find an exercise that works for you, something you enjoy, something that you can keep up.
3. Connect with others
Spending time with friends that light you up is so important & now proven to boost longevity.
4. Make time for recovery
Quiet time just for you is crucial but it’s underrated & so important.
5. Nourish your body
Be mindful about what you put in your body. If you eat too much UPFs you’ll feel rubbish & it’ll start to show up in your appearance, your hair, skin nails & that’s just the external bits . . .
6. Get good sleep
Try to aim for a firm routine as well as a good amount. You’ll always have a better day if you’ve had a good nights sleep.
7. Be consistently hydrated
Aim for 2litres minimum a day & give your body its best chance to function properly.
