I dont see how this is any of ops business. She put up a privacy fence and is minding her own business. And she has explained to you that its due to a medical condition. The fact that op watches her so much is weird. She shouldnt have to specifically block her entire house and yard from you because you cant stop staring at her and think what she does to accomidate her medical condition is strange and concerning. I will admit it might be concerning to see your neighbor passed out on her lawn, but she has told you before she is safe when she does that and it actually benefits her.

I immediately related to your female neighbor & may have a possible explanation. Your female neighbor’s medical issue could be spine related & she may suffer from chronic pain.
I had what has been deemed a “failed spinal surgery.” Yes, it is in fact a medical term. Basically, I was a normal, fully functional person who injured my back, resulting in 2 slipped discs. I had surgery to correct this. The surgery “failed.” Rather than correct the disc issues, it left me permanently disabled.
I am able to walk, with a walking stick, however, walking, sitting or standing for more than 20 minutes at a time causes intense pain & I must lay down.
I too enjoy light gardening & being out in the back yard, but have to lay down for about 10-20 mins to rest my back. If not, I’d be in excruciating pain & bed bound the rest of the day. Your neighbor is likely laying down & closing her eyes to relax & ride out the pain, as I do, so she is able to continue. This along with prescribed pain meds that do cause some degree of drowsiness, depending on strength, could explain it.
I hope this helps to possibly explain your neighbor’s behavior. Of course this may not be the reason at all but it’s the exact behavior that I do except my neighbors know about my surgery so they don’t wonder what the heck is she doing??!

yikes, as someone with chronic illnesses, physcial activity wears me out and while it doesnt sound like she has one similar to mine, i do get extremely tired and exusausted from it, however for her and many others with illnesses similar, that is our life. we've been through it so many times we dont give a fuck anymore and cant let our illnesses stop us, after a seizure i recover and move on, with whatever illness she has, her 'naps' (for lack of better words, possibly pass out?) she gets up and moves on, thats her life and many people around us will be shocked and startled in the begining but as time goes on it wont be as disturbing/suprising.. and she has tall fences so i dont understand why youre watching her expecially with guests over..

I really thought this was about to be a story of a person who left their child in a swing set for days because they OD’d dude this could be anything medication narcolepsy & least she’s trying to be active & cleaning up the property. I’m more concerned for the neighbor that’s being watched like this.
