She changed lane on exiting the roundabout without even looking. You need to check mirrors or you'll hit someone.

There was no mirror check when exiting to the left when leaving the roundabout!

Right hand lane is for right only (third exit+) on roundabouts, she should have been in the left lane to go straight ahead (second exit). She also didn't check mirrors

Continue in the right-hand lane until you pass the 1st exit. Check your main mirror, then your left mirror and signal left. You'll need to move into the left lane before exiting – so check your blind spot while doing this with a quick glance over your left shoulder. Once in the left lane you're ready to exit.

Checking mirrors should be a reflex, a sixth sense. You should get to the point that you do it without thinking. If you are not to that point yet you are not ready to possess the licence. Keep working.
